About Us

Meet the people behind The Farmstead at Medford.

The Farmstead at Medford has been developed by the Eni and Meyer families, who are fourth generation residents and local business owners. The Meyer family has developed several communities in the Medford area for over 60 years, while the Eni family has developed various Medford properties and has been instrumental in the preservation of hundreds of acres of land in the area.

“We are very excited to provide this unique opportunity for active senior residents to enjoy life in a really nice retirement community with incredible
amenities – right in the heart of Medford,” said Meyer.

The Farmstead at Medford sits on a parcel of 56 acres, but just under 17 acres are being used for the actual project. The remaining acreage has been conveyed to the township to be permanently preserved as open space, providing residents with an expansive environment and extraordinary views.

Count on a reputation for quality.

The Farmstead at Medford, an independent living community for adults 62 years and older, presents
all the characteristics of quality and resident satisfaction for which the company is known.

The senior living community serves meals in a formal dining room, a bistro, and a private dining room
that residents may reserve. Among the many high-end amenities, the community has a state-of-the-art
exercise area, yoga room, and movie theater.

Monthly rent for the one- and two-bedroom apartments is inclusive, covering meals, a driving service,
access to all community amenities and events, apartment cleaning, and regular laundering of linens.

Each residence has a full modern kitchen and washer and dryer. All maintenance inside apartments
and throughout the common areas and grounds is handled by the staff, leaving residents more free
time to engage in social opportunities and other community activities.

There’s never a dull moment at The Farmstead at Medford. Our lifestyle director tailors events to the
interests and requests of residents, creating opportunities to pursue favorite hobbies and pastimes,
and discover new avenues of enjoyment.

Testimonials

Hello Ed,

We are celebrating our one month anniversary at the Farmstead.  We want you to know how much we have enjoyed every meal during the last 30 days.  Chef Hank and Sous Chef Jozlyn have gone above and beyond to plan and prepare delicious food.  As you know we have specific dietary restrictions. Both Chefs have incorporated our dietary needs into tasty meals, not to mention the appealing presentations.

Thank you for hiring such competent chefs!

Sincerely,

Pat & Bob
