Our rental agreement eliminates long-term commitments, so you stay in full control of your nest egg. There is a one-time community entrance fee equal to one month’s rent depending on the size of apartment that you choose. A portion of this fee will be used to freshen up the apartment for the next tenant when you vacate the premises. No traditional security deposit is required, however, if you want to lock-in an apartment, we are asking for a refundable hold deposit of $2,000 that you can put towards your community entrance fee if desired.

While The Farmstead at Medford is an independent living community, residents can avail themselves of home health care services, contracting individually with local providers for their residential needs.
